History

N-Tech  opened in September, 1999 for Christian homeschooling families in the North Texas area.  Educating, developing and enriching the lives of our children has been our community's number one goal.  We operate with approximately 90 families each semester and offer classes for children from newborn to high school age.  Our families meet ten Mondays each fall and spring semester, enjoying delightful fun, fellowship, learning and personal growth.  N-Tech parents strive to live out the definition of "education" according to the 1828 Noah Webster Dictionary.  "Education-- The bringing up, as of a child; instruction; formation of manners. Education comprehends all that series of instruction and discipline which is intended to enlighten the understanding, correct the temper, and form the manners and habits of youth, and fit them for usefulness in their future stations.  To give children a good education in manners, arts and science, is important; to give them a religious education is indispensable; and an immense responsibility rests on parents and guardians who neglect these duties."

If you, a Christian home schooling family, want to hear more about our program, then read on.  The Introduction page has more helpful information.  We always welcome the opportunity to tell more about our group and its benefits.  However, you need to know that we currently have a very long waiting list for some grades.  Interested families are welcome to visit us any N-Tech Monday next fall between 9 am and 2 pm to catch a glimpse of our program.

If a picture is worth 1000 words, I can't imagine how many words a visit to N-Tech is worth. You need to see 310 homeschoolers in action to understand the essence of N-Tech.  Please come visit if you are seriously considering applying to N-Tech.  When you arrive, please check in at the front desk to sign in and to pick up the required name tags.  (Our name tags are our security system!) Due to our space constraints, you can only visit once, so be sure to make the most of your day with us by writing down your questions and making a list of specific classes you would like to visit.
